Modern Peruvian cooking comes through in bright tiraditos, clean cebiches, and cocktails built on smoke and citrus.
The Rialto Room seats up to 10 guests and is built for dinners that feel close and personal. The terrace and poolside are also available for select events, giving you more ways to bring people together. Full restaurant buyouts are available upon request.
Wine dinners, chef tastings, music nights, and small terrace and pool gatherings shape the rhythm of Zampo. These are nights built around good food, strong drinks, and an easy, honest energy.
"And you really can’t go wrong with the portions, it definitely filled me up! They did an amazing job with the Peruvian drinks: the Tamarindo Pisco was my favorite. The ambiance was very romantic, and the staff was incredibly attentive."
